Instead of providing clear and consistent protection for private property rights, they have created confusion through shifting legal positions, closed-door agreements, and a failure to give homeowners and investors confidence in the security of their land.

When property rights become unclear, the consequences are real: financing dries up, investment slows, and families begin to question whether their homes are truly secure.

Canadians deserve better. They deserve a government that ensures certainty in law, clarity in policy, and confidence that the homes they own today will still be theirs tomorrow.
