After years of declining infrastructure, Canadians are being asked to fund a costly, unproven plan that may not deliver reliable, affordable transportation.

Delays are already mounting, timelines are stretching, and existing services like VIA Rail are being overlooked, while thousands of acres of land across Ontario and Quebec could be affected.
