Persisting with bad ideas while hoping for different results has never worked for anyone.

The current government quietly released the long-awaited details of their failed Cape Breton Pilot Program for the “buyback” gun grab, and it’s exactly what we knew it would be. A grand total of 25 guns were collected during the 6 week-long pilot, a significantly smaller fraction of what they were confident they could confiscate from law-abiding gun owners.

Now, the Prime Minister and Public Safety Minister are eyeing Quebec for their next “pilot program,” with federal tax dollars footing the bill of $12.4 million to cover the costs of carrying out their agenda.
