The ArriveCan saga has reached a point to where Canadians not only know that $60 million of their money was spent on an app that nobody wanted and didn’t work, but they now know after numerous testimonies that GC Strategies is “proud” of the app they created. The same app that wrongfully put people into unnecessary quarantine and divided Canadians from one another.
