Yet today, too many Veterans are still fighting a different battle at home: endless delays, denied benefits, and a broken system that treats them like a file number instead of human beings.

After 9 Veterans Affairs Ministers in 10 years, constant turnover, and a growing bureaucracy, nothing gets fixed.
