Even after 2 years of pandemic lockdowns and months of the Liberal government’s inexplicable restrictions, instead of introducing policies to address issues facing Canadians, the Trudeau Liberals doubled down on policies that promoted better optics and headlines. The consequences which have further burdened Canada’s already hard-hit tourism sector. With reports suggesting that a third of Canadian Tourism operators are planning to sell their business or close for good, the need for a serious plan is crucial.
