After weeks of dividing and demonizing Canadians, Justin Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act despite the civil liberties experts who have said it was not necessary. Now, the prime minister is attempting to control the scope of the public inquiry into the use of the Emergencies Act to avoid accountability.
